令和7年度 中四国ブロック国際化対応営農研究会 開催のお知らせ（案）
島根県国際農業者交流協会１．目的
多国間による自由貿易交渉の進展、あるいは各地で頻発する自然災害や疾病による農産物の被害など、農業を取り巻く厳しい環境の中で、日本農業の維持と発展のため、優れた経営力のある担い手が求められている。
このため、「農業・農村の担い手」を統一課題とし、海外の農業について豊富な経験を有する海外農業研修経験者を中心に、地域の農業者あるいは新たに農業を始めようとする者、渡航前の海外農業研修生、JA、農業法人協会等農業関係団体及びその会員、流通業者等、幅広い層に参加を呼びかけてブロック別の研究会を開催する。
本研究会は島根大学学生の海外渡航を勧奨することを目的に、島根大学国際センターが主催するグローバル月間の１イベントとして、同センター・生物資源科学部と連携して実施されるものである。

2025 Chushikoku Block Seminar on International Agricultural Management
1. Objective
Amid ongoing developments in multilateral free trade negotiations, frequent natural disasters, and agricultural losses caused by diseases, Japan’s agricultural sector faces increasingly severe challenges. To ensure the sustainability and further development of Japanese agriculture, there is a growing need for capable and future-oriented farm managers.
This seminar focuses on the theme “Supporting the Next Generation of Farmers and Rural Leaders.” It invites participants from a wide range of backgrounds—including alumni of overseas agricultural training programs, local farmers, new entrants to agriculture, students preparing for overseas training, JA organizations, agricultural corporations, and distribution-related businesses—to engage in active discussion and knowledge exchange.
The seminar is held as part of Shimane University’s “Global Month”, co-organized by the International Center and the Faculty of Life and Environmental Science, to encourage more students to pursue overseas agricultural learning experiences.
