【愛媛県】令和7年度 第2回　えひめ国農連ネットワーク会議（2025年5月17日開催）のご報告

5月17日に開催されたえひめ国農連ネットワーク会議では、夏の総会に向けた準備、会計管理体制の改善、新役員の参加確認など、組織運営に関する幅広い議題が話し合われました。以下は主なポイントです。

📌知事推薦の今後と研修生希望者の申請手続きについて

• 課　題：ここ数年、愛媛県内からの海外農業研修に参加する志願者が不在。
  • 原因の推察
    • 愛媛県主導の事務局運営から協議会独立運営への移行（令和5年度より実施済み）したが、知事推薦の流れが旧態依然の状態、且つ県担当者不在が現在の状態（2025/05/27現在）。
    • 時代の変化と共に、研修申請者にとって県知事推薦の優位性（全国試験費用の免除・県内OBOGとのネットワーク構築）が有利とは認識されなくなっている可能性。
    • 農大・愛大農学部などでキャラバン活動を行なっても、申請者が国農連を通さずに、協会HPを通じて直接申し込みをするケースが見受けられる。
  • 今後の対策について
    • 研修希望者が直接協議会ブログから申請できる体制の構築を探る？
      
    • 研修希望者が協会に直接申請しても県知事推薦が受けられるような体制を構築？

  • 総会は他県との連携やキャラバン活動の成果共有も重要視。

    • ７月２５日(金)の総会の後の懇親会です。１８時から遊食酒屋　笑楽を予約しました。とりあえず３０人で取りました。

📌 会計管理とオンライン化

• オンライン口座の開設、Googleスプレッドシートによる収支管理の導入を検討。
• 団体名義口座の課題や透明性の確保方法についても議論。

📌 会費徴収方法の見直し

• クレジットカードによる会費納入の導入を検討中。
• 会費を3,000円から3,500円に改定する案が提案され、総会での議決を予定。
• 会費の自動引落しも提案
• デジタル機器の高齢会員への対応サポートや、従来の支払い方法との併用も視野に。

📌 今後の活動・講師招へい・表彰制度

• 子ども食堂運営者・松島陽子さんを総会講師として招へい予定。
• 災害時の食料ネットワーク構築に関する講演を計画中。
• 長年のアセアン研修生受入れに貢献した会員への表彰制度を検討。

📌 情報発信と全国連携

• アセアン研修生の農家訪問サポートを7〜8月に実施予定。
• NF全国理事会で「ブログ投稿フォーム活用」やSNS・オンライン販売の支援提案があり、事務局（オフィス・セイケ）で検討中。

Summary of the Ehime Kokunouren Network Meeting (May 17)

At the Ehime Kokunouren Network Meeting held on May 17, a wide range of topics related to organizational management were discussed. These included preparations for the upcoming summer general assembly, improvements to the financial management system, and confirmation of new executive members. The key points are as follows:

📌 Participation of New Executive Members and Future Structure
Ms. Aoi Ochi (a student at Ehime University) has agreed to serve as the next Treasurer, and Mr. Yusuke Onishi has accepted the role of the next Vice Chair.
Role assignments and attendance coordination for the summer general assembly have begun.

📌 Venue Selection and Budget Planning for the General Assembly
Venues in Matsuyama City are currently being considered, taking into account the budget and expected number of participants.
Collaboration with other prefectures and sharing the outcomes of the Caravan activities are also being emphasized.

📌 Financial Management and Digital Transition
The committee is considering opening an online bank account and introducing budget tracking using Google Sheets.
Discussions also addressed challenges related to opening an account under the organization’s name and ensuring financial transparency.

📌 Review of Membership Fee Collection Methods
The introduction of credit card payments for membership fees is under consideration.
A proposal has been made to increase the fee from ¥3,000 to ¥3,500, which will be voted on at the general assembly.
Plans also include support for elderly members who may have difficulty with digital payments, while maintaining conventional payment options.

📌 Future Activities, Guest Speakers, and Recognition Program
Ms. Yoko Matsushima, who operates a children’s cafeteria, is expected to be invited as a guest speaker for the general assembly.
She will give a lecture on building food support networks during disasters.
A recognition program is also being considered to honor members who have contributed to the ASEAN trainee program over the years.

📌 Information Dissemination and National Collaboration
Support for farm visits by ASEAN trainees is scheduled for July to August.
At the NF National Board Meeting, proposals were made to utilize blog submission forms, promote social media outreach, and support online product sales—all of which are currently under review by the secretariat (Office Seike).

The date of the next executive committee meeting is currently being coordinated. Members will be notified once it is confirmed.
