English summary
Title idea: “Farming Isn’t Even a Career Option Yet.”
The speaker highlighted that many elementary and junior-high students do not consider agriculture as a future path, often associating it with being tough, dirty, and unprofitable. Using AI helped reshape the message into a clearer, more hopeful statement that agriculture is changing and deserves to be learned as a real career choice.
English summary
Title idea: “Choosing Shorter Hours to Keep Going.”
While farming itself is not the problem, the speaker reflected on years of excessively long workdays and the need to protect personal time. The post frames efficiency and work reform as necessary steps to sustain a farming life over the long term.
English summary
Title idea: “Connections That Grow From Garden Work.”
A simple day of routine garden maintenance turned into new opportunities when someone said, “Could you take care of our garden too?” The entry shows how consistent daily work—and sharing it—can build trust and relationships over time.
English summary
Title idea: “Agriculture Expands When You Step Into the World.”
The post promotes overseas agricultural training as a chance to learn skills and mindsets not available in Japan. Although it can be challenging, many participants say it was worth it, and the message encourages people who want to grow through agriculture to apply.
English summary
Title idea: “Join Us to Build a New Style of Dairy Farming.”
From daily barn work to processing and selling products, the workload has reached its limit. The post invites people who truly love dairy and food, valuing perseverance and a “let’s try” mindset over special skills, and highlights the meaning of delivering products directly to customers.
English summary
Title idea: “Change Your Environment, Change Yourself.”
Overseas training offers more than technical skills—it builds resilience through living and working in a different language and culture. The speaker encourages young people to be brave, take the challenge, and let the experience become a lifelong strength.
English summary
Title idea: “Seeing the World Becomes a Lifelong Weapon.”
The chairperson shared honest experiences from overseas training—frustrations, language barriers, and life-changing moments. The message is clear: for those who plan to inherit the family farm, going abroad first can provide powerful perspectives and strength that will support their entire farming life.
Overall Summary (English)
Session Overview
This session showcased practical examples of how participants used AI tools such as ChatGPT to transform their real-life experiences into short social media posts. Educators, farmers, dairy producers, administrative staff, and overseas trainees all shared how AI-supported writing can become a first step toward communication, connection, and action.
Key Message from Mr. Fujikawa (Facilitator’s Review)
Mr. Fujikawa emphasized that sharing one’s story is no longer limited to professionals, influencers, or younger generations. Today, anyone—regardless of age or background—can communicate directly with society using simple digital tools.
AI should not replace human judgment or experience. Instead, it works best as a “support wheel” that helps people organize their thoughts, find words for their experiences, and take the first step toward sharing them. Users are encouraged to rely on AI, but also to question and refine its output based on their own values and lived realities.
Why Senior Generations Matter
One of the strongest messages was the importance of senior voices. If experienced leaders and long-time practitioners remain silent, valuable knowledge and perspectives may never reach the next generation. When senior members speak up, they can reshape how agriculture, training, and rural work are perceived by society.
Looking Ahead
The session concluded with a shared understanding that AI-assisted communication can support recruitment, training promotion, community building, and regional storytelling. By taking small steps—posting one message, sharing one experience— participants can gradually connect their daily work to wider audiences, both in Japan and overseas.
